I really don’t have much to really talk about today. I have to run into town in a bit..other then that today is a very boring day for myself…..don’t you just hate those days when there is nothing to do what so ever? Never anything on tv….the DVD’s you may have …you don’t feel like watching them because well you seem them all well over 1,000000 tmes?
That’s what my day is like today….
Recently a few rooms have had to be removed and some was requested. I always hate having to remove a room from the site…regardless of the reasons….I really do…..however I know in time more will come along and grow again…….
I remember the first time I opened up www.starlightchat.com ….wow..that was fun….I sat on the site for hours at a time and was always suggesting to friends to come check it out..just like I do now. …… Starlight Chat used to get 50-60 or more at a night…every night of the week….and that was on one of the most unrealiable servers…and on a demo chatserver that kept posting stupid message about being a demo within the rooms!
Then I had boughten the worthless IFCS ChatServer. Gawd now that I think back on that I really wish I would have saved that $1200 I dished out into that piece of shit software……What’s even more funny about that..is I get no support with it now….well not that I did before either..but even more so now because I bought one that actually has less bugs…..go figure!….oh well thats what I get for buying from someone that just doesn’t give a shit about things….. live and learn I guess….it just proves the one is completely out for just the money…
Starlight had been taken down…for well over a year do to a bad business deal on my part….no I was not hacked…trust me if it was that…I would have already been up way before a year. I had to wait and fight for that name back because my partner at the time wouldn’t give it back to me…despite all the work I did on that site and not to mention was our money maker….
So I had created Starlightchat.net at the time…but it just never did go…….I got Starlightchat.com back and gave it another try but I think people just don’t remember it anymore….that and all the other sites about……
Dark Realms Chat has been a blessing….sure its still quiet at times but its more known…….I have thought about closing Starlight Chat…but honestly everytime I go to pull the plug…something keeps me from doing so…..I guess it has to do with it being my first….
oh well enough of my rambling……..time for me to go work on somethings…try to ease this boredom of mine…
